It's time for trick or treat! This year, Halloween falls on Friday 31 October 2025, and the Royal Docks is pulling out all the stops. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly trick-or-treat trail or a fun fancy dress party for adults, the Royal Docks has a spell-binding mix of events for everyone. Here are some of the highlights:
Dress to Impress This Halloween at MCM Comic Con London
The UK’s biggest pop culture celebration, is back at Excel London. Don’t miss your chance to meet anime and gaming voice actors, TV and film stars, and discover amazing art and literature from independent creators. In true Halloween spirit, cosplay takes centre stage — with both kids and adults dressing up as their favourite characters. Tickets start from £27 for adults and £7 for children aged 5 to 10.

Join the Halloween Family Fun at Britannia Village Hall
Head to Britannia Village Hall for no tricks, just treats! Children aged 5–11 and their families are invited to wear fancy dress and join an afternoon of Halloween fun with a local trail, quiz, games, and sweet treats. No booking needed. It’s free, just turn up and join the fun!

Follow the Royal Wharf Halloween Trail
Get ready for a night of community spirit and sweet treats, at the Royal Wharf Halloween Trail. Follow a free, mapped trail of participating homes and building lobbies welcoming trick-or-treaters. Visit the Royal Wharf Halloween Trail website to view the map. Royal Wharf residents interested in hosting a stop, email the Royal Wharf Residents Association to join the fun.

Join the Halloween fun at Cody Dock
Head to Cody Dock for a free celebration of Halloween, Samhain, Diwali, and the Day of the Dead. This community shindig is packed with music, Halloween games and crafts, live performances, installations, storytelling, and much more to get you in the spirit. Visitors can also write dedications and wishes to be burned together in a fire ceremony. This ritual is meant to offer strength as the colder months of hibernation approach, helping everyone prepare to emerge refreshed in the spring.

Join the Ultimate Halloween Bash at WakeUp Docklands and The Oiler Bar
Celebrate the official end of the watersports season with a fancy dress Halloween party hosted by Wakeup Docklands and the Oiler Bar. Wear your best outfit, whether it’s creepy, scary, funny, or cosplay - anything goes! The party will start at WakeUp Docklands from 12pm, then moves to the Oiler Bar for the evening.
