Who we are and what we do

This website is maintained by the Royal Docks Team, a joint initiative by the Mayor of London and Mayor of Newham. Royal Docks Team (‘We’) are responsible for the management and coordination of development and regeneration activities in the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone.

We are not a legally distinct entity. We have been established and are accountable to the GLA.

GLA – also known as City Hall – is London’s regional government and the home of the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and the staff who support them.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation. The ‘legal basis’ relied on to process the personal data we hold will depend on the way in which you have engaged with the Royal Docks Team GLA, or the service or product you use or sign up for. In most cases, however, our handling of your personal information will be necessary for the delivery of our public functions. In other words, when we use personal information we do so to deliver better public services to Londoners as individuals and as a whole.
