Little Hudson Cafe

Enjoy something delicious from the tempting menu at Little Hudson with your pooch as company. Fox Excel

On the lookout for a dog-friendly pub? Look no further than Fox Excel, located in Royal Victoria Dock. This vibrant, Grade II-listed converted tobacco warehouse has been transformed into a stunning 1,200-capacity gastropub, perfect for any occasion. Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside the bar area, so you can relax, drink and dine with your furry companion in tow.

Heroica Lounge

For a unique dining experience for you and your pup, head to Heroica Lounge, a pizza restaurant set inside a converted double-decker bus! You can also book one of their cosy igloos, which can hold up to seven people and are beautifully decorated with faux fur blankets and fairy lights.

Located in Royal Victoria Dock, Heroica Lounge specialises in antipasti and delicious wood fired pizzas, including the Truffle 12, topped with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, Italian sausage, mushrooms, truffle sauce and basil. Their popular homemade tiramisu is also now back on the menu.

Oiler Bar

Oiler Bar is another great local hotspot that warmly welcomes furry friends. With a steady supply of doggy treats and bowls of fresh water on offer your dog will feel right at home. They even have a reel on Instagram called Dogs of Oiler with photos of the seriously cute canines who have stopped by.

Located at Royal Victoria Dock, the Oiler bar is a former Royal Navy refuelling barge which has been transformed into a unique floating beer garden with a cosy seating area below the deck. It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy dockside drinks and delicious Italian pizza made onboard by La Nona Lina kitchen. Take in the views of the IFS Cloud Cable Car and watch the nearby wakeboarding and paddleboarding action at WakeUp Docklands. Ok, full disclosure - Tongues & Tails isn’t a foodie spot for two legged visitors but your dog will think you’re the best human ever for bringing them here. Based in Caxton Works Canning Town, the shop includes a dedicated dog bakery offering tasty homemade treats all made with carefully selected natural ingredients with sugar-free, low-fat, soy-free, and wheat-free options to keep your dog happy and healthy. The bakes even include birthday cakes, pizza slices, parmesan churros and doggy doughnuts!

Located in Thames Barrier Park, With Milk, is a welcoming dog friendly café and community hub. Recently refurbished, it now features spacious decking with comfy seating and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the park and the Thames Barrier.

While you sip on specialty coffee and have a tasty bite to eat, your pooch can enjoy a pup cup and take in the scenery too. Run by sisters Hana and Lela, the café serves and locally sourced food with a nod to their North African heritage and Tottenham roots. And if you’re lucky you may meet their adorable dog Pesto.
