Women’s Fitness and Wellbeing in the Royal Docks

Discover a range of women‑focused fitness and wellness experiences across the Royal Docks, offering supportive spaces to move, build strength, and unwind. From ladies‑only circuit training and reformer Pilates to women‑only gym sessions and restorative sauna evenings, these activities create welcoming environments designed to help women feel confident, empowered, and connected.

Diesel Gym London
Join free ladies-only bootcamp and circuit training sessions at Diesel Gym London in Royal Albert, led by personal trainer, Lauren. Build strength, boost fitness, and train in a supportive, high-energy environment. Tuesdays and Sundays, 10am–11am.

Fight for Peace Academy

Fight for Peace Academy offer women only boxing sessions plus Jiu-Jitsu, open to ages 15–25 and all experience levels. The sessions cover core techniques while building confidence, fitness, and friendships in a supportive environment. For more information, email info@fightforpeace.net

Newham Leisure Centre

Newham Leisure Centre includes a dedicated Women’s Only Gym offering a welcoming, comfortable space exclusively for female members, with female-only staff.

Women-only sessions are also available in the main gym, within a newly refurbished space featuring Technogym equipment. Please note female-only staff cannot be guaranteed during main gym sessions. Visit the Newham Leisure Centre website for more information.

The welcoming all-female team at Pink Pilates

Pink Pilates

Pink Pilates is a women's only reformer Pilates studio just a 3 minute walk from Pontoon Dock DLR. Founded by Tammy Gregory working with all female team, the sessions help build full body strength, improve posture, and increasing flexibility through low-impact, spring loaded resistance exercises on reformer Pilate machines.

New to reformer Pilates? Pink Pilates an ideal place to begin, with expert instruction to help build confidence.

PureGym Beckton

PureGym Beckton features a dedicated Women’s Workout Space, a comfortable private area next to the main gym, giving more choice in how and where females train. Women-only sessions also include LIFT. These instructor-led, full-body weight training classes use barbells and plates to build strength, burn fat and tone muscle, with options to suit all fitness levels. Book via the PureGym app.

Sculpt and Sweat Studio

Sculpt and Sweat Studio

Sculpt and Sweat Studio (SASS) is a female only fitness studio in Royal Victoria offering a supportive space to train, build strength and improve wellbeing.

Founded and owned by Victoria Bryant, the studio combines expert led classes, personal training and a gym to help strengthen, sculpt and energise. Theres also an onsite smoothie bar and a physiotherapy clinic to support everyday wellness and recovery.

Sweheat Sauna

Sweheat Sauna is an independent outdoor, wood fired sauna experience located at Royal Victoria. Set by the water, it offers restorative sauna sessions alongside cold plunges, relaxation spaces and a welcoming, community focused atmosphere.

Women only sessions, take place every Wednesday from 4pm - 10pm, offering a calm and supportive space for women to unwind, reset and restore.

Threesix Pilates

ThreeSix Pilates offers women-only sessions centred on mindful, strength-based movement in a welcoming, community-focused studio. Classes are designed to feel empowering and accessible, helping you build strength, confidence and a stronger connection to your body.

With a focus on both movement and community, it’s a supportive space to train, meet others and enjoy a balanced approach to fitness and wellbeing.
