AUFGUSS STEAM RITUAL SESSION
Aufguss rituals – hallmarks of the European sauna experience – feature a sauna master guiding you through 15-minute sessions of heat, aromas, music, and special towel-waving techniques that circulate the air for a perfect sauna experience.
During the Aufguss session, you’ll take part in three distinct rituals, ranging from traditional heat infusions to banya-inspired techniques. Between rituals, take some time to sit back and cool off in the winter air, maybe even taking a dip in the cold plunge. Each ritual is thoughtfully crafted to relax, invigorate, and entertain, so it's a fun and refreshing way to spend your Saturday evening.
