Each 15‑minute session features different scents to energise, relax or detoxify, offering a deeply restorative experience with benefits ranging from mental calm to boosted immunity and improved cardiovascular health. Full Moon Sauna and Sound Ceremony.

A journey of Sauna, Sound and Intention Setting. Weather permitting, the session will close with tea around the Fire Pit under the approaching Gemini full moon. Led by Victoria - an experienced Energy Medicine Practitioner and Sound Therapist - this session blends intuitive healing, sound work and crystal energy into a deeply transformative sauna experience.

German sauna’s are world renowned. This session is led by Aufguss enthusiast Chris Bradshaw who has become quite the urban sauna legend and has earned himself the nickname ‘saunaiceman’ to those that have come to experience his eclectic music taste and beautifully concocted infused ice balls.

Transient Radio – Deep Listening Evening.

Transient Radio guides you through a Deep Listening journey in the warmth of the sauna. DJ Bobby Bucys will be hosting the session and selecting the soundtrack for this immersive evening. The session will include four rounds in the sauna, each accompanied by music curated to transport you into a deeply relaxed state of mind, body, and soul.
