Breathwork classes with Natalja

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that allows us to disconnect from the mind and tune in to our body. During the classes you will be introduced to techniques and guided through a journey. These classes are designed to help you to clear out outdated stories that are no longer serving you and invite something that you want to embody in your life. Natalja has a natural ability to create a safe space for people and her classes are a great place to feel seen and heard.
Walk-ins are welcome, but limited space capacity so booking ahead advised.

Mathodologies, the transformative Maths tuition program designed for students in KS2, SATS and 11+ foundation levels. The class is well-equipped to guide each student on their Mathematical journey. The focus is to engage introductions to specific Maths topics, complemented by invaluable tips and tricks that empower students to excel effortlessly and foster independent growth. Through exhilarating speed-maths sessions, the aim is to sharpen their mental agility and instil the confidence to face any challenge.
