Royal Docks Run: 5K with East End Road Runners

Join local running club East End Road Runners for a fun and friendly 5k around the Royal Docks.

Led by the club’s qualified leaders, the sessions will pass some of the area’s most iconic landmarks, including City Hall, Excel London, Millennium Mills, the London Cable Car and the striking Grade II listed cranes, perfect for soaking up the atmosphere and snapping inspiring shots along the way!

This is a run, not a walk, with three friendly pace groups to choose from. The most relaxed group completes 5k in around 38 minutes, so you’ll need to feel comfortable running at least at that pace. Our supportive leaders ensure everyone stays together, no one is left behind, and encouragement is on hand throughout. For those more comfortable with a relaxed pace – check out one of the walking tours and trails.

Meet outside the Good Hotel at 8:15am for a prompt 8:30am start.
