Join Jesse Inferno for a Saturday morning sauna ritual, nurturing a sense of presence, tenderness and care.Whilst you close your eyes and relax, Jesse will take you on a thermal journey designed to engage all your senses. From herbal aroma and infusions, to the sound and sensation of Birch and Oak whisks, to soothing soundscapes and sauna self-care.
Across two hours, you will enjoy four rounds of contrast therapy, sauna practices from Nordic and Baltic heritage, space for stillness, herbal teas, juicy fruits, alongside all the elements - air, water, fire and earth.
Sweheat is a beautiful location to spend a Saturday morning, fully enclosed with plenty of space to lounge between rounds, and the Western Beach of the Royal Docks on the doorstep.
