Experience the European ritual of Aufguss where a sauna master guides 15-minute rounds of heat, aromas, music, and towel techniques for the perfect atmosphere. The textile-free session (sauna without swimwear) ensures better sweat and hygiene - just bring a towel large enough to sit on.

Join Sweheat for three rounds of ‘Saunagus’, a unique experience that combines heat, essential oils and music alongside your sauna experience. Led by trained ‘gus master’, who will deliver this traditional Danish ritual by using towel-swinging techniques to disperse the hot steam rhythmically to the music in every 15-minute long session.
