Join Sweheat Sauna for a guided sensory sauna session.
This session offers a fully immersive guided sauna session with highly skilled Sauna Therapist, Jesse, sharing a varying range of bespoke sauna treatments to tantalise all the senses. Bathers can expect aromatherapy and aufguss, authentic sauna leaf-whisking, body scrubs and face masks, music and sound healing, stillness and gentle movement, guided meditation and breath-work and often a sprinkling of philosophical musings and esoteric knowledge from Jesse!
The guided session allows bathers to go a little deeper with the heat and the cold, supported by a trained sauna practitioner guaranteed to enhance the process. Those new to sauna, or keen to take their practice a little further - this is the one for you!
