Visit Sweheat Sauna for a Lithuanian Sauna Ritual guided by sauna master Silvija, who is a herbalist and founder of Birch House Rituals.
The ritual takes participants on a four-stage journey: starting with a gentle introduction to the heat, followed by salt therapy and whisking, then a refreshing shower of sparkling mineral water, and finally a calming mask to close the evening.
It’s an experience where heat, aromas, and natural elements come together to open up a whole new dimension of the sauna.
