THE HEDONIST SAUNA.
A sauna experience that goes beyond the body.
The Hedonist Sauna is a sensory programme by Sauna Master Arnas, where heat, scent, sound and touch merge into one experience.
Slower. Deeper. More intense.
Round I — Aromas & Fan
The programme begins with rhythmic music, steam, essential oils and an Aufguss-inspired fan technique. Siberian fir and mugwort create layered, natural aromas throughout the sauna.
Round II — Salt & Minerals
Warming with sauna whisks, followed by a salt ritual and rinse. Then the heat intensifies with stronger steam and more active whisking. Mineral water is served afterwards to refresh and rehydrate.
Round III — Honey & Whisks
The body is warmed with sauna whisks, followed by a honey ritual and stronger heat. More individual whisking, water, and a final touch of propolis. An orange slice is served afterwards for refreshment.
Round IV — Reset
An optional final group round for those who still want more — and if space allows. A lighter session with sauna whisks and aromatic hydrolats.
