- Talks on dealing with the cost of living crisis and how to look after your mental health
- Practical ways to look after your mental health with art therapy, chair-based yoga and laughter yoga
- Meet Newham Talking Therapies, Mind, Public Health, Change Grow Live, DLR and many more Light refreshments provided
Councillor Shaban Mohammed, lead member for housing services said: “Life through the pandemic has been gruelling for everyone’s mental health, particularly if you have no place to call home.
I hope that as many people as possible can come along to this event to see that in Newham we are serious about improving everyone’s wellbeing and ensuring everyone has access to safe, stable and fair housing.”
