The Mayor of London is working with London Borough of Newham and Transport for London and engaging with local residents and businesses on a draft framework to guide future development in the Royal Docks and Beckton Riverside Opportunity Area. The OAPF will help shape plans for future development in the area, including new homes, jobs, transport, infrastructure and social and community uses.

In these unprecedented times, meeting face to face is sadly not possible, but there are still ways to connect online. To discuss these themes and ideas in more detail with the team and share your thoughts, please join us for a webinar session on:

Since the OAPF project started in 2019, life looks very different for many residents in the area and the future holds many uncertainties - challenges, as well as opportunities. This is why it is so important we hear from you again, to better understand how your priorities, aspirations and challenges are represented in the final draft of the document.

Please register for free at one of our events to get involved here.

You can have a look at the draft OAPF and share your feedback online until 21st March 2022.

Your comments will inform the final OAPF document which will be adopted later this year.
