Mindful Crafternoons for Adults

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every month the activity is different but whatever it is, you'll get to experience the therapeutic power of creativity while embraking on a transformative journey of relaxation as you put down your phone and take a break from your to-do list to make way for some creative ‘me time’ that will nourish your mind and soul.

Techniques could include anything from painting and collage to mindful sewing and embroidery to origami and papercrafts, it's usually kepy underwraps, a surprise until you get there, but we can reveal that

FEBRUARY's session features a really exciting fabric customising technique that you will LOVE!

MARCH takes place on Easter Sunday and will have a seasonal theme!

All art and crafts materials will be provided, and no prior artistic experience is necessary.
