Totally Thames 2022: London’s Lost Village: The Thames Ironworks
Come to the Silver Building for two talks which will be led by Dr. Brian Belton. Part of the 2022 Totally Thames Festival, the talks will be rich in the history of the local area.
The first will focus on the incredible life of Arnold Hills, businessman, philanthropist, sportsman and promoter of vegetarianism.
That will be followed by a talk on the history of the Thames Ironworks football team, who would go on to become West Ham United.
Both of these enlightening talks are free.
