Art in The Docks s a community-led creative hub fostering equity of access to art and culture. Throughout the day, they will be delivering activity linking to their Bells and Whistles project, including a puppet performance, prop-making workshop and public parade.. The project recaptures the local spirit of an historic New Years Eve Docks tradition, in which ship horns, church bells, and the celebratory sounds of dockland families filled the air. Decades later, new residents from across the globe are making the docks their home and the bells and horns will sound once again!
