Sweheat Sauna: Pourings and Peelings
Victoria has been pioneering the new wave of authentic sauna culture in the UK since 2018 when she worked alongside the Women founders of Beach Box Sauna Spa in Brighton.
Since then she has worked on Sauna projects including holding founding member positions on The British Sauna Society and Community Sauna Baths CIC. She has done workshops in Lithuanian Pirtis and Aufguss as well as entered into training to become an Aufguss WM Jury member.
She is now developing her own brand of Sauna experience in The Royal Docks and aims to share her passion for sweat bathing, arts and culture to all that visit this unique area.
From this session you can expect a guided Sauna experience that is both gentle and nourishing. Together you will explore simple but effective beauty treatments whilst relaxing in the warmth of the Sauna. Infused steam treatments with the wafting of towels and herbal brooms to delight the body's senses helping to aid the adventure into new ways to practise Sauna.
Encouraging the bathing aspect of the sweat bath, we hold well managed space for those who prefer to buff up in the buff or not. Whatever your preference, each person is invited to experience the Sauna as they do across the English Channel, particularly the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland, with clothing being optional.
